We will collaborate with you on the care of your patient from our initial assessment through hospital treatment and return to your care. You can expect clinical collaboration during the admissions process, contact by the Silver Hill Hospital attending psychiatrist within 24 hours of your patient’s admission, periodic contact throughout hospitalization and consultation regarding discharge plans. A comprehensive discharge summary will be provided shortly after your patient is discharged from the hospital.
