As a proven leader in information technology with over twenty years of experience, Ayana has been helping companies grow their technology capabilities with keen insight and creative ideas. She is currently the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Silver Hill Hospital and is responsible for successfully leading all phases of diverse technology projects to help position Silver Hill at the forefront of technology.  Ayana knew at a young age that she wanted to pursue a career as a technologist. Through her love of giving back and technology from the tender age of 12, she started volunteering to teach website design and programming classes. As her love for technology grew, she decided to follow her dreams of pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Technical Communications from Clarkson University.

Ayana is consistently drawing upon her experience tailoring methodologies to fit the needs of a diversity of projects to ensure the best outcomes for both the hospital and ultimately the patient experience.  This is driven by her broad range of both corporate and nonprofit experiences. Throughout her career, she has served in various leadership positions.  Ayana has worked in several operational delivery roles including four previous roles as a leader in Information Technology. She is well versed in Project Management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Ayana is a business strategist to the core focused on, planning, and managing multimillion-dollar projects, aligning business goals with technology solutions, driving process improvements, and building competitive advantage and bottom-line gains. She consistently draws upon her technical, business, and financial acumen to communicate effectively with client executives and their respective teams.
