Michael Huff, MD
Dr. Michael Huff is a highly specialized psychodynamic psychiatrist practicing mentalizing-based treatment. Prior to joining Silver Hill Hospital, Dr. Huff worked as Chief Resident at the University of New Mexico Department of Psychiatry. He earned his undergraduate degree at Belmont University and received his medical education from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center before going on to complete his residency training at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. From there, he found his way to Silver Hill Hospital undertaking further fellowship training in psychodynamic psychiatry.
Dr. Huff values his community and offers further learning opportunities for those in his field. As a board-certified psychiatrist since 2022, his teaching topics include personality and psychodynamics, which he enjoys sharing with colleagues and patients alike within Silver Hill’s uniquely responsive environment.
