SHARE Community

SHARE Community

SHARE actively engages community members through an annual calendar of local and regional events, as well as through targeted Community Resilience Campaign programs.

Community Resilience Campaign

In addition to community outreach events, SHARE extends our reach through two remarkable programs that extend across the nation: the Community Resilience Campaign, an international initiative founded in 2020 that provides resilience coaching to healthcare facilities, schools, and other community organizations; and a collaboration with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Tribal Governments, and Department of Interior Offices, a collaborative effort to work with these departments on a national, virtual training program to help facilitate the development of resilience skills.

Community Resilience Campaign

Silver Hill Hospital’s Community Resilience Campaign (CRC) is dedicated to supporting organizations through education and outreach. The CRC team leads workshops at local organizations — like police departments, Boys & Girls Clubs, healthcare organizations, schools, and more — offering techniques and strategies to cultivate resilience and teach the skills needed to manage emotions, build positive relationships, and adapt to change effectively.

In 2023, the CRC hosted over 200 workshops for over 5,500 participants in over 50 organizations, including leadership and frontline staff of multiple departments at Yale New Haven Health.
