Lisa Ferraro, CFRE
Lisa Ferraro, CFRE, is Silver Hill’s Chief Development Officer, joining the organization in summer 2026. In this role, she and her team lead fundraising strategy and execution, working closely with donors, board members, and the community to advance Silver Hill’s mission.
Ferraro brings more than three decades of fundraising leadership in healthcare and education. She joined Silver Hill from Notre Dame High School in West Haven, Connecticut, where she served as Vice President for Development. Previously, Ferraro served as Director of Development, Communications & Marketing at Eagle Hill School, where she led the campaign to support academic building renovations and new construction. Earlier in her career, as Director of Development at Norwalk Hospital Foundation, Ferraro led the “Legacy of Caring” capital campaign.
Ferraro earned her MBA in International Finance from the University of Bridgeport and her bachelor’s degree in finance from Pacific Lutheran University. She has been a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since 2003 and is a past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Fairfield County Chapter.
