Pamela L. Rockland
Pam Rockland is currently serving as Interim Director of Advancement at Silver Hill Hospital. She joined Silver Hill in October 2020 after relocating from the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, where she had lived and worked since 1983. Pam brings decades of leadership experience in nonprofit management and philanthropy. Before joining Silver Hill, she directed development operations for Enterprise Community Partners, a national affordable housing nonprofit based in Maryland. In that role, she oversaw a $300 million fundraising pipeline and helped generate more than $50 million in annual philanthropic revenue. Prior to that, Pam has held senior development and executive leadership positions, including Vice President, Director of Development, and Executive Director, with organizations such as Susan G. Komen, American Forest Foundation, American Cancer Society, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Pam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University and remains deeply committed to advancing causes that improve lives and strengthen communities.
