Ben Tuff graduated from Silver Hill Hospital 11 years ago. Shortly after, he learned to swim. Ben is still swimming today — more miles than you can even imagine — and not only is Ben an accomplished ultra swimmer, it's been an important element in his sobriety and recovery.
