Presented by:
Christine Miller, DO, DABPM, FASAM
Psychiatrist, Indiana Health Group
Join us for an engaging and informative presentation on the emerging issue of internet addiction, where we will explore its proposed causes, complex nature, symptoms, and treatment options. We will look at what makes the internet as a platform so addictive. This session will provide a comprehensive overview from a clinical perspective, aiming to deepen your understanding of this growing concern. Special attention will be given to the youngest generation—the first to be raised entirely in the digital age—with insights into how early and constant exposure to the internet may uniquely impact their development and vulnerability to addiction. Whether you’re a clinician, educator, or simply interested in mental health, this presentation will equip you with valuable insights and practical knowledge.
