Silver Hill Hospital Appoints Laura Gardner, MD, as Attending Psychiatrist and Director of Psychotic Disorders Program

Silver Hill Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Gardner, MD as an Attending Psychiatrist and Director of the hospital’s Psychotic Disorders Program. In this role, Dr. Gardner will lead The Lodge Program, which provides specialized, evidence-based care for individuals living with psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder with psychotic features, and substance-induced psychosis. Her leadership will emphasize highly personalized, intensive treatment plans designed to address each patient’s unique clinical needs and recovery goals.
Dr. Gardner brings more than a decade of expertise in evidence-based, person-centered psychiatric care to Silver Hill. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Behavioral Health at Northern Westchester Hospital. Prior to that appointment, she held multiple leadership positions at Montefiore Medical Center, where she developed and refined approaches to treating complex psychiatric conditions in high-acuity settings.
