Annual Addiction Awareness Vigil
This annual outdoor event, founded in 2017, was started by the New Canaan Parent Support Group to honor people who died too soon because of the addiction epidemic. This meaningful gathering is a celebration of recovery, with live music, courageous speakers sharing stories of redemption and hope, and a candlelight vigil led by local faith community leaders.
The Vigil is hosted by the New Canaan Parent Support Group and is supported by many New Canaan organizations, including Silver Hill.
