This Grand Rounds will summarize the development and implementation of screening and intervention procedures for diverse injury survivors treated in United States Trauma Care Systems. The presentation will describe both single and multi-site investigations that have influenced American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma Regulatory Policy for behavioral health screening and intervention procedures nationwide.

1. Describe research that has influenced American College of Surgeons Policy for Behavioral Intervention
2. Describe the epidemiology and service delivery for PTSD and related comorbidity in US Trauma Care Systems
3. Explain illustrative examples of interventions delivery for diverse injury survivors in US Trauma Care Systems
