Helping Emerging Adults Move Forward

Why do promising young adults get stuck?  And how can they get “un-stuck”?  Why do emerging adults with big goals and dreams sometimes lose their direction?

Most often, they think deeply and creatively, and want to explore the core conflicts that are holding them back — but they don’t know where to begin. Young Minds Group at Silver Hill is tailored to such young adults.

Young Minds offers a space to explore these challenges with expert clinical support and peer connection.

About the Program

This six-week, twice-weekly creative group helps participants get “unstuck” by drawing upon expert guidance, multiple therapeutic modalities, and very importantly, each other.  Led by Amanda Calhoun, MD, MPH, and Jonathan Coico, LCSW, sessions foster self-awareness, validation and affirmation, resilience, and peer support through focused discussion, creative reflection, and high-level mind exercises.
