Silver Hill Welcomes Samantha Eney, DO, to Clinical Team

Silver Hill welcomes Samantha Eney, DO to our clinical team, joining the adult inpatient service. Eney comes to Silver Hill following a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at NYU Langone Health and residency at Maimonides Health, where she served as Chief Resident in Ambulatory Psychiatry. During her residency, Dr. Eney developed an evidence-based substance use disorder curriculum and pioneered an addiction elective, focused on treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders. 

“The most complex patients rarely fit neatly into a single diagnosis, particularly when psychiatric and substance use disorders intersect,” said Mark Russ, MD, Chief Clinical Officer of Silver Hill Hospital. “Dr. Eney’s training in adult and addiction psychiatry positions her to understand those complexities and make thoughtful clinical decisions at a critical point in a patient’s care. She is an excellent addition to our team.”
