Adolescent IOP

Adolescent IOP

The Adolescent IOP is a multi-modal program presented in a manner and setting sensitive to the needs of adolescents. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the core treatment modality, supported by Mentalization Based Treatment (MBT) for Adolescents, and collaborative group work.

The group is intended for adolescents currently seeing a psychiatrist/therapist, who are looking to reinforce and accelerate their treatment through focused Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills-building alongside a group of supportive peers.  All DBT modules are covered, along with group work on the application of these skills in life.
